Currently, we do not have any available plots for the 2024 season. You can sign up here to be on the wait-list to rent an individual plot.

When will you have plots available?

It depends! Year to year, we do have some plots become available. We are working to make more plots available. Realistically, if you are on the wait-list, you may wait for up to a year or more. 

How will I know if a plot is available?

Each December, we will review the wait-list and reach out to you to confirm that you are still interested. By the end of February, you can expect to hear whether or not there is a plot available for you. 

What do I need to know about securing a plot if a staff member contacts me?

Once a staff member has contacted you, you have 7 days to respond. If you do not respond, we will contact the next person on the wait-list. 

Are there ways to be involved at the farm, even if I cannot rent a plot?

Yes! Our monthly newsletter is a great way to know what’s going on at the farm. When you sign up on the wait-list, you can signify your interest in the monthly newsletter. We have several events that are open to the public throughout the year, including some workshops. Also, our Full Circle Garden is co-located at the Community Farm at Mill Ridge, and our staff host weekly work days to care for the garden. Anyone who helps can take home a share of what’s been harvested. 

Individual Plots

Individual plot holders plant, tend and harvest vegetables for their own use. Additionally, participants are invited to monthly garden community events and workshops where we learn new skills, share meals, and celebrate together throughout the growing season.

  • Individual plot sizes range from 60-500 square feet.

  • Annual fees are $15-$40 based on the plot size.

  • We provide:

    • Land with healthy soil to grow on

    • Water

    • Seeds you can buy from our garden store

    • Plants you can buy from our annual plant sale

    • Monthly training opportunities and staff support
