Simmer Presented by Piedmont Natural Gas: A "Dirty Pages" dinner celebrating Chef Deb Paquette's 40th Anniversary Cooking in Nashville
A "Dirty Pages" dinner celebrating Chef Deb Paquette's 40th Anniversary Cooking in Nashville
Chef Deb Paquette, a culinary trailblazer and matriarch of the independent restaurant scene, has been cooking in Nashville for 40 years this year! We're celebrating her at a dinner inspired by the Dirty Pages recipe storytelling project. Friends and former employees who now have successful careers of their own will share favorite "dirty pages" recipes -- the ones that are most well-loved with their splatters, stains and stories. Chef Deb will join us too, of course, with former Zola sous chef Hrant Arkalien, who now owns the popular Lyra restaurant in East Nashville; Trey Coccia of The Farm House and Black Rabbit; Kim Totzke, longtime Nashville chef (and now COO at Turnip Truck) and Etch / etc., Pastry Chef Megan Williams.
Tickets are limited and available for $120 each per event.
In addition to the meal, tickets include wine or spirits pairings.
This event is part of our event series Simmer presented by Piedmont Natural Gas.
The Nashville Food Project’s chef pop-up series brings chefs, writers and educators to our new community kitchen for interactive experiences that take us a bit deeper—to tell the stories behind the food and the people who grow, cook and share it. Funds raised from these dinners help support The Nashville Food Project’s mission of bringing people together to grow, cook and share nourishing food, with the goals of cultivating community and alleviating hunger in our city. A portion of all ticket sales are tax deductible.
Tickets are limited and available for $125 each per event or $500 for the full series - that's a total savings of $125! In addition to the meal, all tickets include wine or spirits pairings. These are 21 and up events. A portion of your ticket price is tax-deductible.
