As part of Welcoming America’s Welcoming Week, join us for a conversation with Casa Azafrán partners the American Muslim Advisory Council, the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition, Neighborhood Health, Justice for Our Neighbors, Family and Children’s Service, and the Global Education Center will speak about how each of our organizations work to welcome new Tennesseans, as well as the challenges and opportunities our immigrant communities face today. This insightful conversation will feature food from our Mesa Komal vendors and an opportunity to contribute to an artist-led project for the Gordon Jewish Community Center’s Sukkah Art Exhibit, “Under One Roof: “Tikkun Olam: Repairing the World.”
