Out of an abundance of caution, we’ve made the difficult decision to take both our fall events virtual including our 10th Anniversary Picnic Party. But there is still a way to participate and support (and we certainly would love your support right now)!
The 10th Anniversary Picnic Party will include live-streamed bluegrass music and the premiere of our 10th anniversary video that takes a look at the evolution of our transformative work. The meals team also will prepare a special take-home picnic supper that pays homage to our farmer and chef friends, which you’ll be able to pick up at our headquarters prior to the music and film premiere.
Though we are disappointed that we can’t gather in person again this year, more than ever, we need your support and look forward to commemorating 10 years of growing, cooking and sharing and keeping our community nourished. And, as The Nashville Food Project’s always done, we’ll continue to adapt, evolve and pivot to make vibrant community food security a reality for our community.
Music by Justin Hiltner, featured on Dolly Parton’s America and who NPR calls a “leader in the burgeoning movement to welcome and highlight queer voices in bluegrass.”
Ticket Information: A general admission ticket grants access to view the virtual event for $20. Add on a picnic basket serving two people for $50.
